Cecelia Rieb

Cecelia Rieb is an experienced professional in financial analysis and business process automation, currently serving as the Business Process Automation Manager for the City of Norfolk, VA, since August 2015. In this role, Cecelia provides analytical and technical support for the Department of Budget & Strategic Planning while overseeing the city's budget application to maintain data security and integrity.
