Megan Erwin is an accomplished public servant with extensive experience in community development, budget management, and policy analysis. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Community Development for the City of Norfolk, VA, Megan leads strategic initiatives focused on affordable housing and manages a team of 14 staff members. Past roles include managing HUD Entitlement Grants as HUD Compliance Manager, overseeing significant city budgets as a Senior Budget and Policy Analyst, and teaching data analysis at Indiana University Bloomington. Megan holds a Master of Public Administration from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ball State University.
