Kayli Howard

Kayli Howard is a Human Resources Generalist at the City of North Miami Beach, where responsibilities include developing and implementing the recruitment process and training HR staff on talent acquisition procedures. Previously, Kayli served as a Human Resources Intern, managing procurement card receipts and assisting in departmental purchases. Experience also includes a role as an Americorps Vista at Florida International University, supporting low-income students in achieving post-secondary education, and as a Paraprofessional Pre-K at Miami Shores Elementary School, aiding in classroom management.
