Chelsea L. Spahr Pe

Chelsea L. Spahr, PE, currently serves as the City Engineer for the City of North Tonawanda, a position held since April 2017, following a previous role as Assistant City Engineer. Prior to this, Chelsea L. Spahr worked as a Civil Engineer at WENDEL Companies from June 2008 to March 2017 and gained experience as a Civil Engineering Intern with the North Tonawanda Engineering Department from 2005 to 2008.
