Kathy Fredrickson has extensive experience in public sector human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist for the City of Northfield since November 1998. Responsibilities include recruiting, on-boarding, compensation and benefits administration, records management, and processing worker's compensation claims and FMLA administration. Previously, Kathy worked as an Administrative Assistant to the City Administrator and the Public Works Department, managing public inquiries and city council documentation. Prior experience also includes a role as a Legal Secretary at Stuart E. Gale Law Office, where duties involved reception and transcription for family law matters. Kathy holds two Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees from Rasmussen University, one in Legal Administrative Assistant/Secretary and another in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science.
