Michelle Mahowald has extensive experience working in communications and human resources. Michelle held the role of Communications & Human Resources Director at the City of Northfield from May 2013 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Shattuck St. Mary's School from August 2011 to May 2013. Michelle also held the position of Human Resources Manager at the City of Faribault from September 1998 to July 2011.
Michelle Mahowald attended Winona State University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources.
