Doug Seymour has extensive work experience in community development and planning. Doug started their career as a Planner at the City of Cape Coral, Florida in 1987 and worked there until 1989. Doug then joined the Village of Germantown in Wisconsin in 1989 before transitioning to the City of Oak Creek in 1990. At the City of Oak Creek, they held the position of Director of Community Development.
Doug Seymour completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Land Use Planning (Geography) at Carroll University from 1981 to 1985. Afterward, from 1985 to 1987, they pursued a Masters degree in Urban Planning at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
