Kurry Foley

Kirsten “Kurry” Foley is an accomplished administrative professional with extensive experience in managing large budgets, overseeing compliance programs, and providing policy recommendations within public sector organizations. Currently serving as the Administrative Services Manager for the City of San Leandro's Engineering & Transportation Department since January 2014, Kirsten manages a $42.3M budget, supervises personnel, and administers various compliance programs. Previous roles include Acting Human Services Director for the City of San Leandro, Practice Manager and Director of Business & Operations for Coté & Company, and Practice Manager at Collins, Mason & Cote, LLP. Kirsten also has a background in public health coordination, having managed federally funded programs at Glide Health Services. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco.
