Milen Womack, P.E. has a diverse work experience. From 2016 to the present, Milen has worked at the City of Ocoee, where they have held various roles such as City Engineer / Assistant Public Works Director, Project Engineer/Manager, and Development Engineer. In these roles, Milen has gained experience in civil engineering, including project management, design, and compliance with city requirements. Prior to working at the City of Ocoee, Milen worked as a Paraprofessional at Orange County Public Schools from 2015 to 2016. They also held the position of Chemical Stockroom Assistant at Florida Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, Milen has experience in youth activities coordination at South Seminole Church of Christ in 2011 and 2012, where they organized activities for teenagers and provided guidance.

Milen Womack, P.E. earned a B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Milen also obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers in July 2022. Furthermore, they received the Qualified Stormwater Erosion and Sedimentation Control Inspector certification from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection in May 2017.
