Thomas King

Utilities Facility Manager at CITY OF OCOEE

Thomas King has over a decade of experience in municipal utility management, currently serving as the Utilities Facility Manager for the City of Ocoee since 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations related to drinking water, water reclamation, lift stations, and cross-connection control. Previously, Thomas worked for the City of Oviedo from 2004 to 2011, initially as Projects Manager, where management of stormwater, utilities, and municipal projects was paramount, and later as Utilities Manager, overseeing all water-related infrastructure and treatment initiatives. Thomas pursued education at Seminole Community College and the University of Central Florida.
