Chip Potts

Chip Potts is an experienced leisure services professional currently serving as the Director of Leisure Services for the City of Oldsmar, Florida, since May 2018. Previously, Chip held the role of Recreation Program Manager and Athletics & Golf Course Manager at the City of Largo from June 2003 to May 2018. Additionally, Chip was involved with the Florida Recreation and Park Association (FRPA) from 2008 to 2012, serving as Past Vice President of Finance and Past Vice President of Professional Development. Chip holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education/Sports Management from Towson University and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of South Florida.
