Dawn Cole

Dawn Cole is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Administrator for the City of Olivette since July 2023, focusing on all aspects of HR leadership. Previous roles include HR Generalist positions at the City of Clayton and U.S. Soybean Export Council, as well as a Human Resources Specialist at the City of Webster Groves, where Dawn led the implementation of a new timekeeping system. Additional experience includes serving as an Employee Relations Specialist at SSM Health and a Senior HR/OD Consultant & HR Manager at BJC HealthCare, where initiatives focused on employee retention and engagement were developed. Dawn Cole holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development and Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
