Dawn Doty is a seasoned planning and economic development professional with extensive experience in various roles within local government and economic agencies. Currently serving as a Senior Planner for the City of Olivette since May 2021, Dawn previously held positions as a Geographic Information Systems Analyst for St. Louis County and as Project Manager and Data Analyst at the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership (SLEDP). With earlier roles that include Site Selection Specialist at the St. Louis Development Corporation and Business Development Coordinator & Site Selection Specialist at the St. Louis County Economic Council, Dawn has developed a strong foundation in site selection and economic development. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
