Jennifer Yackley, AICP, currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Olivette since August 2023. Previously, Jennifer held various roles at the City of Rock Hill from May 2008 to August 2023, including City Administrator and Assistant City Administrator/City Planner, responsible for overseeing all commercial and residential planning projects, as well as managing Board of Alderman minutes and city records. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Planner for the City of Chesterfield from May 2006 to May 2008, focusing on rezonings, ordinance amendments, and plan reviews, and as a Planning Technician for the City of Creve Coeur from 2005 to 2006. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Kansas State University.
