Mike Stanley

Mike Stanley has a diverse work experience. Mike started their career in the military, serving as an Infantry Team Leader in the 82nd Airborne Division of the U.S. Army from 1993 to 1997. Following this, they joined the Army National Guard as an Infantry Team Leader from 1997 to 2001. In 2000, they transitioned to the City of Ontario, where they held various positions, including Senior Systems Analyst until 2019 and currently serves as the IT Operations Director.

Mike Stanley graduated from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Information Systems. Mike has also obtained various certifications, including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in September 2022. In addition, they have completed several courses and trainings from institutions such as Echelon Front and LinkedIn, covering topics like leadership, communication, change management, and strategy and tactics. The most recent certifications and trainings were obtained in 2023.
