John Noble

John Noble has over three decades of experience in engineering, currently serving as the City Engineer for the City of Ormond Beach since November 1995, where responsibilities include management of the Engineering Division and oversight of Capital Improvement Projects and construction initiatives. Prior to this role, John Noble worked as a Project Engineer at McKim & Creed from August 1991 to August 1994, focusing on the design of municipal infrastructure and facility projects, and at Briley Wild & Associates from January 1987 to August 1991, specializing in the design of water and wastewater treatment facilities and municipal infrastructure upgrades. John Noble holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida, earned between 1984 and 1987.
