Bill Peake

Bill Peake, currently serving as the Mayor of the City of Pacific Grove, has a diverse background with experience in preservation, investment, and engineering. Prior to their current role, Bill held positions such as a Preservationist at the Lighthouse Preservation Committee and an Investor in the private sector. Bill has also served as a member of the Board of Directors at the Heritage Society of Pacific Grove and as the Recreation Board Chair at the City of Pacific Grove. With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, Bill was previously employed as an Engineer at Chevron before transitioning to roles such as a Docent at the California Department of Parks and Recreation.
