Sandra Kandell, MMC, CPMC, serves as the City Clerk and DEI Coordinator for the City of Pacific Grove since November 2014, having previously held the positions of City Clerk and Deputy City Clerk. Prior to this role, Sandra worked as an Executive Assistant at the Housing Authority of the County of Monterey from January 2011 to November 2014, providing support to the Executive Director and Department Heads. Sandra's career began as an Administrative Assistant at Fenton & Keller, A Professional Corporation, where support was provided to multiple attorneys in employment law and litigation from April 2004 to January 2011. Sandra's educational background includes studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz, Hartnell College, Monterey Peninsula College, and the University of California, Riverside.
