Matthew Mancill, CPM, DAWIA III is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience in public works and contracting. Currently serving as the Director of Public Works for the City of Palm Coast since September 2019, Matthew oversees a team of 74 personnel and manages a $20 million annual operational budget across various divisions. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Command Chief Master Sergeant for the 461st Air Control Wing in the United States Air Force, overseeing 1,500 personnel and managing a $9 million budget. With a career in the Air Force that spanned from 1996 to 2016, Matthew held multiple leadership and contracting roles, including Senior Contract Manager and Squadron Superintendent. Additionally, Matthew served as an Administrative Contracting Officer for DCMA, overseeing a significant multi-million dollar defense contract for operations in Kuwait. Educationally, Matthew holds a master's degree in Acquisition and Procurement Management from Webster University and multiple degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in areas including Contract Management and Vehicle Maintenance Management.
