Lesley Desouza

Lesley DeSouza currently serves as a City Council Member for the City of Parma Heights since October 2021 and is a member of the Board of Directors at University Hospital since May 2016. Prior to these roles, Lesley managed the Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter from March 1990 until retirement in December 2012. Academic background includes an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations, and Marketing from Cuyahoga Community College, alongside education at Valley Forge High School in Parma Heights, Ohio.
