Irineo Leos

Irineo Leos is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, currently serving as the General Contractor and Owner of LEOS CONSTRUCTION since July 2005. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, job bidding, scheduling, material procurement, and budget adherence. Additionally, Irineo has been a City Inspector and Code Enforcement officer for the City of Pasco since April 2019. Previously, Irineo held the position of Property Manager at Sterlings Properties from February 2017 to June 2019, overseeing operations for a 138-unit complex and ensuring compliance with fair housing rights. Prior experience includes several roles as a Carpenter with the Carpenters Union and various companies, contributing to significant projects such as the waste treatment plant and prison construction. Irineo holds a degree as a Journeyman Carpenter from Carpenters Trade School and a high school diploma from Soap Lake Sr Jr High School.
