Philip Hanks has a diverse and extensive background in law enforcement and military intelligence. Currently serving as a Police Officer for the City of Pasco since August 2021, Philip previously held the role of Crime Specialist-Analyst at Pasco Police Department from March 2020 to December 2021. Prior experience includes positions at ANR Group Inc as an Executive Project Administrator and serving as a Transitioning Veteran and Senior Intelligence Manager. Philip's military career with the US Army spanned over a decade, where key roles included Senior Operations Manager and Geospatial Imagery Analyst, along with senior intelligence roles at the National Security Agency. With a strong foundation in intelligence studies and geospatial information systems, Philip Hanks has demonstrated leadership, analytical skills, and a commitment to improving organizational capabilities throughout the career.
