Richa Sigdel

Richa Sigdel is an accomplished finance and management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Deputy City Manager and Finance Director for the City of Pasco since July 2016, Richa has previously held the position of Program Manager at Idaho National Laboratory from August 2022 to June 2023. Richa's background includes nearly a decade at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, where responsibilities ranged from Accounts Receivable Manager to General Ledger & Cost Accountant, including significant contributions to the implementation of Oracle Fusion. Richa's expertise encompasses budget management, financial reporting, and staff training, underpinned by a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Washington State University.
