Field Gibson

Field Gibson has extensive experience in the insurance industry, serving as Vice President of DiBuduo & DeFendis Insurance Brokers, LLC since August 1996, specializing in business insurance, risk management, and employee benefits across a diverse range of industries. Gibson has also held the position of Business Insurance Broker and Risk Manager at the same firm since June 1996. In addition to insurance roles, Gibson serves as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Paso Robles since March 2020 and was a School Board Member for the Paso Robles Joint Unified School District from December 2010 to December 2018. Previously, Gibson was the Race Director for the Wine Vine Run from November 2009 to October 2012 and worked as a Field Agent for Guardian Life Insurance from 1977 to 1980. Gibson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained in 1977.
