Thomas Frutchey

Thomas Frutchey serves as the City Manager for Paso Robles since January 2016, overseeing the administration of a community with a population exceeding 30,000. Previously, Frutchey held the position of City Manager for Pacific Grove from October 2009 to January 2016, managing a coastal city of 15,000. Experience also includes serving as General Manager for Hollister Ranch Owners' Association from 2005 to 2009, where administration was directed for a 15,500-acre private coastal community.
