Asct Jules Looy

Jules Looy, AScT, currently serves as the Roads and Drainage Supervisor for the City of Penticton, a position held since December 2019. Prior experience includes roles as an Engineering Technologist II at RJC Engineers from 2015 to December 2019, Field Representative at Esquimalt Drydock Co Ltd from 2014 to 2015, and Project Estimator at Island Asphalt & Sitework Inc. from 2012 to 2014. Jules Looy's educational background includes studies at Camosun College from 2012 to 2016, as well as attending Mount Royal University from 2005 to 2008, culminating in a High School Diploma from St. Paul Regional High School, completed in June 2005.
