Darren Graves

Darren Graves currently serves as a Project Manager for the City of Peoria, Illinois, since October 2016, focusing on the management, maintenance, and promotion of green infrastructure projects. Additionally, Darren supervises and mentors young individuals in green infrastructure and landscape maintenance as a PeoriaCorps Crew Supervisor. Previous experience includes roles as a Landscape Architect Engineer Intern with the City’s Engineers and Public Works Department, Motor Transport Operator in the US Army, and multiple positions related to grounds and park maintenance with Peoria Park District. Educational qualifications include a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Oklahoma, a Bachelor of Science in Plant and Soil Science from Southern Illinois University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Horticultural Science from Illinois Central College.
