Peggy Flynn

Peggy Flynn currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Petaluma since 2019, following a tenure as Assistant City Manager for the City of Novato from 2012 to 2019, where responsibilities included managing various city programs and departments. Prior experience includes roles as Community and Government Relations Manager at Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation & Open Space District, Communications & Government Affairs Consultant, Executive Director of Downtown Bloomington Association, Communications & Community Relations Manager at Santa Clara Valley Water District, and Communications & Government Affairs Manager/Special Projects Manager for the San Jose Redevelopment Agency. Flynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from San Jose State University.
