Cindy Breaux has held various leadership positions in the healthcare industry, including Director of Budget at Central Counties Services, Practice Administrator at PROACTIVE HEART & VASCULAR, PLLC, Seton Heart Institute Director at Seton Family of Hospitals, CFO at Cardiovascular Associates of East Texas, and CEO at Abilene Cardiology Consultants. Cindy also served as Business Manager at Cardiology Associates of Corpus Christi. Currently, Cindy is working as the CIP Program Manager and Financial CIP Program Manager at the City of Pflugerville, Texas.
