Gabriella Gabriel Paez is the Owner and Founder of BR Hardscape and Landscape Design+ LLC, a minority, woman-owned, family-operated company established in April 2021 that specializes in high-quality landscape, hardscape, and masonry projects for commercial and residential clients in the Greater Philadelphia region. Since February 2022, Gabriella has served as an Environmental Justice Advisory Commissioner for the City of Philadelphia, providing recommendations on environmental justice issues. Gabriella also held the position of Education and Community Development Manager at Esperanza from July 2023 to June 2024 and previously worked as a Field Interviewer for Penn Medicine's Urban Health Lab. Gabriella's prior experience includes roles at Nueva Esperanza Inc. and tutoring positions at Esperanza Academy Charter School and Eastern University. Gabriella holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Eastern University.
