Isaiah Muhammad

Isaiah Muhammad is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and network engineering. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist III and Revenue Application Admin III for the City of Philadelphia since March 2020, Isaiah focuses on enhancing customer computing experiences through effective troubleshooting and problem resolution. Additionally, Isaiah has been a Tier 3 Network Engineer and Helpdesk Technician at Tech Impact since October 2014, further demonstrating expertise in PC and networking issue diagnosis. Isaiah holds two Bachelor of Applied Science degrees in Computer Network Security from Wilmington University, completed between 2013 and 2017.
