Jascinth Scott-Findley has a strong background in human services, with over 30 years of experience. Jascinth began their career in 1990 with the Phila. Department of Human Services as a Social Work Administrator. After working in this role for almost 20 years, they transitioned to the Department of Human Services in 2004, where they served as a Human Service Program Administrator. In 2019, they joined the City of Philadelphia as a Human Service Program Director.

Jascinth Scott-Findley earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Government and Public Service as well as Spanish from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 1984 and 1989. Jascinth obtained a High School Diploma with a College Preparatory focus from Philadelphia High School For Girls in 1984. Jascinth went on to complete a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree in Social Work Administration from Temple University from 1994 to 1996. Additionally, they obtained additional certifications in Child Welfare from the State of Pennsylvania in 1990 and became a Certified Paralegal (CP) through the Philadelphia Institute for Paralegal Training in 1989.
