Juliet Fink Yates

Juliet Fink Yates currently serves as the Broadband Infrastructure and Digital Inclusion Manager at the City of Philadelphia's Office of Innovation and Technology, focusing on improving technology access and digital literacy across the city. Previously, Juliet held the position of Director of Workforce and Industry Partnerships at the District 1199c Training and Upgrading Fund and served as Chief Learning Officer at Philadelphia FIGHT Community Health Centers, where responsibilities included managing educational programs for marginalized populations. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Education at Philadelphia FIGHT, where Juliet managed significant education and prevention funding, and as an Instructional Designer at La Salle University, developing online courses.
