Lisa Pace

Lisa Pace is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and personnel management. Currently serving as a Technical Specialist of Recruitment for the City of Philadelphia since September 2023, Lisa previously held the position of Senior Human Resource Analyst - Selection from January 2022 to October 2023 and HR Analyst from October 2016 to January 2022 within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles at Target as an HR Team Member, DLL as a Portfolio Manager, Gatehouse Alarm Company as a Billing/Collection Coordinator, and Everything Yogurt as a Manager. Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
