Michelle Bailey

Michelle Bailey has extensive experience in public relations and social media management, currently serving as a Public Relations Specialist & Social Media Manager for the Philadelphia Water Department and the Department of Revenue with the City of Philadelphia since January 2015. Michelle has created social media content calendars, analytic reports, and promotional materials while managing social media presence and providing customer service. Previous roles include Executive Assistant at the Office of Reentry Partnerships, where Michelle coordinated meetings, assisted with payroll distribution, and trained interns and volunteers. In earlier positions, Michelle held leadership roles in communications at the Office of Adult Education and worked as a Development Assistant at both Bethesda Project and Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and an Associate's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Central Penn College.
