Neil Wexler

Neil Wexler is an experienced Programmer/Analyst with a strong background in software development and database applications. Wexler has held leadership roles at the City of Philadelphia's Office of Innovation & Technology and has worked for Fiserv, Fishman & Tobin, JCI Data Processing, and MEDIQ/PRN, focusing on Visual Basic programming and database applications. Wexler earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Information Systems from Rutgers University - Camden between 1986 and 1992.
