Pat O'Donnell

Pat O'Donnell has extensive experience in urban management and operations within the City of Philadelphia. As the Manager of the Right of Way Unit since September 2013, Pat O'Donnell oversees the Public Right of Way, focusing on project review and development services. Prior to this role, Pat O'Donnell served as the Director of Field Operations for the City of Philadelphia's Department of Licenses & Inspections from April 2012 to September 2013 and held the position of Technical Services Manager from September 1998 to May 2012.
