Roy Conard

Roy Conard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in architecture and project management, currently serving as Project Director at the City of Philadelphia's Department of Public Property in the Capital Projects Division since March 2016, overseeing initiatives for the Fire & Public Property Team. Prior to this role, Roy held positions such as Senior Project Architect at Wu & Associates and Principal/Architect at UCI Architects, Inc. Roy began a career in architecture as an Architectural Designer at Kise Straw & Kolodner. Roy earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University between 1986 and 1991.
