Sara Nordstrom

Sara Nordstrom is a seasoned design and construction project manager with extensive experience managing improvement projects exceeding $100 million across various sectors, including education and community development. Currently serving as a Senior Design and Construction Project Manager for the City of Philadelphia's Rebuild initiative since April 2022, previously held roles at the School District of Philadelphia and the Managing Director's Office, where responsibilities included project scope development, stakeholder coordination, compliance review, budget management, and construction oversight. Early career experience includes architectural and research roles focused on sustainability and energy efficiency, pro bono design projects in Guatemala, and program development in national initiatives. Sara holds a Master of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and Women's & Gender Studies from Rutgers University.
