Joseph Kampman

Joseph Kampman is an experienced IT Project Manager currently working for the City of Phoenix since October 2024. Previously, Joseph served as a Senior Project Manager at Hero Digital from April 2021 to October 2024, leading large-scale technical website redesign projects and nurturing relationships with executive-level stakeholders. Joseph's expertise encompasses project scope management, Agile methodologies, and use of the Atlassian stack, including Jira and Confluence. Prior roles include Technical Project Manager at both Tragic Media and Aristotle, where Joseph implemented Agile practices and managed engineering teams. Joseph has also worked as a Producer at Brand Value Accelerator and held positions in account and project management at SaleCycle and Booking.com. Joseph holds a BA in Communication and Political Science from the College of Charleston.
