Carmen Ferrer

Carmen Ferrer has over a decade of experience in human resources and personnel management, currently serving as a Human Resources Benefits Analyst at the City of Pinellas Park since October 2013, where responsibilities include processing, verifying, and maintaining personnel-related documentation and explaining company policies and benefits. Prior to this role, Carmen worked as a Resource Specialist at WorkNet Pinellas from June 2011 to October 2013 and served as a Substitute Teacher for grades pre-k to 6th at Pulaski County R-VI School District from March 2007 to December 2009. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Drury University, completed between 2007 and 2009.
