Kelley Allen

Kelley Allen is a GIS Manager at the City of Piqua, a position held since February 2022, with extensive experience in geographic information systems. Previously, Kelley served as a GIS Analyst II at Montgomery County, Ohio, from October 2015 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing ArcGIS Portal and Enterprise, conducting quality assurance and control, and overseeing web content and applications related to GIS data. Before that, Kelley held roles as a GIS Technician at both Duke Energy Corporation and the Montgomery County GIS department, and as a GIS Intern at Butler County Emergency Management Agency and Butler County RTA. Kelley's early career also included a position as a server at The Cheesecake Factory and a teller at Wright Patt Credit Union. Kelley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geographic Information Science and Environmental Science from Miami University, completed in 2015.
