Kim Froman

Kim Froman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kim started their career as a Sales Associate at The Buckle, Inc. in 1999 and eventually became a Manager, responsible for recruitment, education, and leadership development. In 2016, they transitioned to Rally House as the Manager of Operations. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Crossland Construction Company, Inc., first as a Talent Acquisition Manager and then as the Director of Talent Acquisition. In 2017, they also served as an Independent Consultant for Rodan + Fields. Most recently, in 2022, they joined the City of Pittsburg, KS as the Director of Community Development and Housing.

Kim Froman received a Bachelor of Science degree from Pittsburg State University from 2001 to 2005.
