Amanda Bates is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Veterans’ Services for the City of Pittsfield since March 2022, with a prior role as Assistant Investigator in the same department. Amanda also leads the Front Of House team for CRISP Event Planning & Catering and has held various managerial positions in the food and beverage industry, including Front Of House Manager at The Lantern Bar & Grill and Assistant Manager at Hot Tomatoes Neapolitan Pizza. Earlier experience includes Front Of House Specialist at SPIRITED, Server/Bartender at Public Eat + Drink, and administrative roles at the Center for EcoTechnology and Dominion Dealer Solutions. From 2008 to 2011, Amanda served in the US Air Force Reserve, managing career enhancement programs for base personnel.
