Masoud Sepahi

Masoud Sepahi is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Vice President of Construction Management Services at Infrastructure Engineers since June 2023. Simultaneously, Masoud has held the position of City Engineer for the City of Placentia since January 2017. A graduate of Loyola Marymount University, Masoud completed studies there from 1991 to 1995.
