Patrick Powers

Patrick Powers serves as the Emergency and Health Services Manager for the City of Placentia since April 2020, where responsibilities include coordinating with various emergency and health services to implement an all-hazard model. Prior to this role, Patrick was the President and Consultant at Powers Mobile Healthcare from September 2014 to April 2020, specializing in consulting for Emergency Medical Services and developing innovative care delivery models. Experience also includes serving as a Tesla Advisor for a year in 2018-2019, Director of EMS Development at Lynch EMS from 2011 to 2014, and Emergency Medical Services Coordinator for the County of Orange Human Resource Services from 2006 to 2011. Patrick began their career as a Paramedic at Gold Coast Ambulance from 2003 to 2006. Academic credentials include a BS in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton, an AS in Emergency Medical Services from Mt. San Antonio College, and an AS in Fire Technology from Santa Ana College.
