Carrie Little

Carrie Little is a seasoned professional in emergency management with extensive experience, currently serving as the Director of Emergency Management for the City of Plano since September 2014. Prior roles include Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Grapevine and Assistant Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Garland, TX. Carrie also held the position of Region VI President at the International Association of Emergency Managers. Beginning as a Public Safety Telecommunicator for the City of Richardson, Carrie's career includes various roles in emergency management throughout Texas. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Emergency Administration and Planning, both from the University of North Texas.
