Dave Callister

Dave Callister has extensive experience in municipal management, currently serving as City Manager and Director of Administrative Services for the City of Plymouth since April 2012. Prior to this role, Dave worked at Ehlers & Associates as a Financial Advisor and Vice President from June 2004 to April 2012. Earlier in their career, Dave was the City Administrator for the City of Osseo from April 1994 to June 2004 and the City Administrator for the City of Tonka Bay from June 1990 to April 1994. Dave holds a Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor of Arts in Metro-Urban Studies from Augsburg College.
