Jenny Bailey

Jenny Bailey is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in permit management and event coordination. Currently serving as an Administrative Supervisor and Permit Technician at the City of Plymouth since September 2022, Jenny has previously held the position of Permit Technician in the Building and Energy Department at the City of St. Louis Park from July 2020 to February 2023.
