Brian Stephens

Brian Stephens is a professional with extensive experience in architecture and code enforcement. Currently serving as a Code Enforcement Officer and Plan Reviewer for the City of Portland, Maine since February 2017, Brian previously worked as a City Carrier Assistant for the United States Postal Service for nearly a year. Prior to that, Brian contributed as a Creative Collaborator at Blue Studio, focusing on residential design from April 2013 to March 2016. Brian’s career began at Whitten Architects, where responsibilities as an Architect were fulfilled from January 1997 to April 2013. Brian holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree in Fine Arts from Syracuse University, earned between 1976 and 1984.
